Located on the fourth floor of The Jockey Club Innovation Tower on the PolyU main campus, InnoHub has been dedicated to promoting communal innovations and entrepreneurship in partnerships with academia, businesses, entrepreneurial intermediaries and angel investors since March 2017.
Four working areas with controlled access and several open workspaces with a total of 120 seats

Hosts up to 40 people for entrepreneurship/ innovation events
- One-stop Resources Centre
Reception counter operated by Student Ambassadors to respond to all enquiries
- Display Area
Showcases outstanding innovations by students and start-ups
- Hall of Fame
Wall recognising outstanding young entrepreneurs and important contributors to the PolyU start-up community
- Business Clinic
Regular one-to-one consultancy for student projects/ start-ups by seasoned EIRs
Entrepreneurship teams, start-ups and spinoffs created by PolyU students, alumni or academic staff
Fixed desk: 60 seats
Hot desk: 60 seats
Period of Use:
Up to 12 months
Usually commences for all eligible applicants once a year in summer and successful applicants will be granted the right to use the workspaces at both PolyU InnoHub and InnoHub@Shenzhen. The period of use usually ends in late June next year.
Admission for Spinoffs:
Subject to the availability of workspace, PolyU faculty-led spinoffs may apply after the Open Enrolment Deadline but their period of use will end in coming late June along with all other users.

- Each team can apply for up to 6 desks.
