China has long been the world’s fastest-growing large economy. With a population exceeding 1.4 billion people, its huge market and well-developed manufacturing eco-system provide opportunities for companies, both large and small.
However, China is different in many ways from other countries. Many organizations hesitate to become involved because they lack the understanding they need to make sense both opportunities and threats.
Our Understanding China for Business training programme is designed to help English-speaking executives from all over the world to understand some of the fundamentals which underlie the complex business environment in Mainland China.

Programme Structure
Module 1: Understanding China – Opportunities and Challenges
The China market is huge and unique, yet some would say it is also difficult and confusing. It is easier to appreciate the China market when you understand its constant changes, opportunities and challenges. This module aims to give an overview of the business market in the People’s Republic of China (PRC).
Module 2: Entering China Market – Success Factors
Intangible qualities and human resources are crucial when an organisation decided to enter the China market. The courses in this module will explain some success factors which could be very useful when entering the China market.

Module 3: Doing Business in China – Important Considerations
