Service marketing can be a key differentiator to engage and enrich customers’ satisfaction and experience during service acquisition and to keep customers’ loyalty and trust.

The programme aims to help senior executives enhance their awareness and understanding towards service marketing in order to contribute to the creation of unique customer satisfying experience culture in their workplace.

This one-day programme is designed to offer a structured and interactive approach with a combination of mini lectures, real-life case studies, group discussions and exercises, to refresh participants with latest development in service marketing, draw references from local and overseas experiences, and inspire them to derive strategies that can be applied in their own organisation.
