Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the programme, participants are expected to achieve the following outcomes:

  • Leverage on the importance of service marketing, its landscape, theories and latest development;
  • Examine successful cases of service marketing from local and overseas experiences, articulate the challenges involved and identify best practice relevant to their context;
  • Invoke alternative methods to strengthen the relationships with customers and clients; and
  • Develop effective strategies and transform it to genuine value and satisfying experiences for customers and clients that translate to improved business results.

Application of the ideas and techniques will be assimilated through experience sharing, local and overseas cases studies, group discussion and exercises.
