Learning Outcomes

Areas that will be explored in this course range from acute observation of the communication style, listening and hearing the language, patterns of behaviour, structure of language to imparting behaviour and creating optimal states to secure confidence and trust. By examining these approaches, executives will be able to clearly define their position at the negotiating table and build greater confidence in themselves and have a positive impact on the client. Upon completion of the programme, participants are expected to achieve the following outcomes:
