Part I: Crisis Management and Communication

Upon completion of Part I workshop, participants are expected to achieve the following outcomes:

  • Identify major crisis for organisations/ corporate in today’s world;
  • Share successful cases of crisis management;
  • Draw reference from local and overseas experiences; and
  • Heighten their sense in managing crisis, especially in crisis communication.

Part II: Managing Change in the Digital Age

Upon completion of Part II workshop, participants are expected to achieve the following outcomes:

  • Identify major changes for organisations which can be anticipated and prepare for;
  • Set clear communication direction to motivate peers and subordinates to take appropriate actions to deal with changes in a timely manner;
  • Create systems and organisation culture that make changes an opportunity rather than a threat or disaster; and
  • Equip Senior Executives with a methodology and resilient mindset to cope with unexpected changes.
