Structure & Schedule

Study Pattern

This programme is offered in part-time mode. Depending on students’ pace of study, they should normally be able to complete the programme in 18 months. Students are required to take 11 subjects (3 credits each) for a total of 33 credits. Each subject involves 30 contact hours, scheduled in block mode of 3 weeks of study and experiential learning, in pattern of 10 hours per week on Friday evenings and Saturdays.

Curriculum

The curriculum is structured around 4 subject areas that correspond to the goals of the EMIL programme: namely six courses (#1–#6) relating to meaning for the (a) individual, (b) organisational and (c) society and five courses (#7–#11) along the axis of (d) generic tools and (e) specific products. Each student will have to complete all 11 courses, culminating in a personal capstone project effectively communicated at the end of the programme.
