PolyU’s first-ever interdisciplinary Executive Master in Digital Leadership is specially designed to provide forward looking executives with genuinely innovative professional development experience to become well-equipped leaders in today’s digital economy. "The HKSAR Government is investing HK$18 billion to promote innovation and technology development. There will be more jobs and opportunities in the sector," said Prof. Ir. Daniel Lai, the Former Government Chief Information Officer (GCIO) of HKSAR.

Are digital leaders different from traditional leaders? Can you learn to become one?

Using examples of leaders of digital transformation across different industries, we will discuss what kind of mindsets and skills they have and what it means to personal and organisational development.

We would like to invite you to an interactive seminar, where we learn about digital leadership challenges, as well as reflect about our own workstyles and future professional development.
