Whisky Workshop
The Whisky Workshop was held on 11 August 2018 in J’s Bar Bistro at The Royal Garden Hotel. Mr. Chris Lai, whisky specialist, provided the basic knowledge about whisky and introduced 6 brands of whisky from different countries, guiding the 19 participants through nosing and tasting professionally. Chris also introduced pairing whisky with chocolates and mixing it with water, which allowed participants to explore more about whisky. .......

TDC Crossover Event: Wine & Spirits Fair
Partnering with HKTDC, our members attended the exclusive visit to the Wine & Spirits Fair which features over 70 enriching events on 10 November 2018. Through this platform, all the participants had the chance to learn more about regional wines from world wineries and vintages.
