New Wine Trend: Organic Wines

What actually is organic wine? How is it made? Does the wine taste better than conventional wine or is it just different?

An organic wine movement has taken the winery world by storm, producing a new form of wine and tasting for the natural and organic wine drinker. The fact that there are no dangerous pesticides or residues is not only healthier, but adds to the taste of the wine significantly. The profile of organic wines has been rising steadily in worldwide wine business in recent years.

All these issues will be explained in the upcoming wine-tasting session. Not just verbally of course, but also by smelling the different aroma’s, admiring the variety of colours and by tasting this new star. Spend some joyful, interesting and out of usual paths moments with the following wines by Ponti:

  • 2008 Pindarie Shiraz
  • 2011 Enguera Casa Lluch Tempranillo
  • 2011 Trinity Oaks Pinot Grigio
  • 2011 Trinity Oaks Chardonnay
  • 2011 Trinity Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon
