Mary Jo Dolasinski is an Assistant Professor of Hospitality Leadership in the Richard H. Driehaus College of Business, DePaul University. Her main teaching and research interests are in talent management, brand management, distribution channels, and meetings and events.

New to DePaul for the 2016-2017 school year, she has spent the last 20 plus years in industry focused on both talent management and corporate events in the hotel industry. During that time, she was also invited to deliver keynote addresses and workshops for many organizations, non-for-profits and universities.

Dr Dolasinski has authored several articles, books and training programs. She received her undergraduate degrees in hotel and restaurant management from Purdue University and earned her Ph.D. from Iowa State University in hospitality and tourism.
