For host supervisor at the rank of Research Assistant Professor, joint supervision with academic staff with supervisory experience is required.

The proposed period must be consistent with the period in the supporting letter

Part 5: Supporting Documents
Please combine the below 4 documents into 1 pdf file for upload
  1. a supporting letter from the home supervisor or the affiliated department/faculty, specifying the full name of PhD student, the name of the home supervisor, the name of the host supervisor, and the period of attachment,
  2. a copy of the academic transcript of the applicant,
  3. a brief CV of the applicant with a list of representative publications, and
  4. a brief CV of the host supervisor with a list of representative publications and PhD student supervision experience.
Remark: Only accept one PDF file without any password or encryption.
