PolyU provides drinking water stations on campus to make it easy for you to refill your reusable bottles on the go. These water stations are located on multiple spots on campus, and you can locate where they are with great ease and convenience through browsing the web-based platform GreenMap@PolyU. Join our ‘Finding Water’ activity to find them out and you will have the chance to win a reusable coffee cup!

All PolyU staff and students are welcome to participate in this game.

理大校園提供飲水機設備，方便你隨時補充水樽的水。要找出這些水機的位置，你只需利用理大綠色地圖這個方便易用的網上平台，幾下按鈕便能一清二楚。現在就參加一個有趣的「搵水飲」遊戲，尋找在校園內的飲水機，你更有機會贏取一個可重用的精美咖啡杯!

How to join 參加辦法

• Step 1: Check out the drinking water stations on campus and see if you can find a QR code sticker on their sides
  第一步︰尋找校內的飲水機並看看機身是否有貼上一個包含二維碼的貼紙
• Step 2: Scan the QR code fixed to the drinking water station with your mobile devices such as smart phones or tablets. Try your luck to see if you can enter into the next stage!
  第二步︰利用你的流動通訊設備如智能手機或平板電腦掃瞄二維碼，看看你是否能進入下一階段 !
• Step 3: A note will appear on the browser of your mobile devices, asking you proceed to a dedicated game page if you are the lucky ones. Login with your valid Staff ID/Student ID (NetID) to continue. Then you will be redirected to a special game page with one simple question. Read and answer the question shown on the screen and you will win a prize if you pick the correct answer!
  第三步︰完成掃瞄二維碼，你的流動通訊設備瀏覽器頁面上將顯示你是否已被接納進入下一階段，屆時請以你的職員/學生編號 (NetID) 登入，然後進入特定的問答頁面。只要回答頁面上顯示的一條問題而且能點選出正確答案，你便能得獎 !
• Step 4: You will see a congratulatory note if you answer it right! Remember to capture/keep a record of the screen and go to the Campus Sustainability Office (CSO) at Z502, Block Z, to collect your prize in person during the collection period.
  第四步︰如答對問題，你的流動通訊設備上將顯示信息頁面祝賀你得獎。請保存/記錄該頁面，並於指定時間內親身前往校園可持續發展處的辦公室(Z502) 領取獎品。

Terms and Conditions 遊戲條款及細則

• The Campus Sustainability Committee and the Campus Sustainability Office (hereafter “Organizers”) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (hereafter PolyU”) jointly organize this ‘Finding Water’ activity (hereafter “Game”).
  是次「搵水飲」遊戲(下稱 ‘遊戲’) 由香港理工大學（理大）校園可持續發展委員會及校園可持續發展處 (下稱 ‘主辦單位’) 合辦。
• Entrants into this game shall be deemed to have accepted all the corresponding terms and conditions, and agree to comply with the game rules and regulations.
  參加者同意接受本活動之所有條款及規則約束。
• The game period commences at 00:00 (GMT +8) on 15 Jan 2018 and will last through 23:59 (GMT +8) on 26 Jan 2018, both days inclusive except Sunday, 21 Jan 2018). The Organizers’ servers are the official time keep device for this game.
  遊戲進行日期由2018年1月15日0時0分（香港時區UTC ＋08:00) 開始至2018年1月26日23時59分止, 2018年1月21日(星期日) 除外。活動時間以主辦單位伺服器接收資料時間（香港時區UTC ＋08:00)為準。
• The Organizers accept no responsibility for any data/information submission delay, lost, error, non-recognizing etc. situations due to computer, network and other technical issues. The Organizers do not hold any liability for any lost, delayed or wrongful submission of data or information.
  任何因電腦故障、網路等技術問題而引致參加者所遞交的資料有遲延、遺失、錯誤、無法辨識等情況，主辦單位毋須負上任何責任。主辦單位毋須就任何遺失、延遲或誤投，負上任何責任。
• Some participants will read a notice on the screen of their mobile devices that they can proceed to the next stage after scanning the QR codes on the drinking water stations. Selection of these participants is made by a computerized draw. Participants must login with their valid Staff ID/Student ID (‘NetID’) to continue during the game in order to reach the dedicated game page. Failure to login, in whatever reason, will mean termination of the game.
  掃瞄飲水機上的二維碼後，通過系統抽籤方式，部份參加者或有機會進入下一階段，屆時參加者的流動通訊設備瀏覽器頁面上將顯示通知，而參加者必需以其有效的職員/學生編號 (NetID) 登入以繼續。在任何情況下未能完成該登入程序將被視作遊戲結束。
• If the participants are not selected to proceed further, a notification message will appear and they will then be redirected to GreenMap@PolyU.
  如參加者於掃瞄飲水機上的二維碼後未獲抽出，其流動通訊設備屏幕上將顯示相關字眼，頁面亦會被轉至理大綠色地圖。
• Participants must select one answer on the dedicated game page and check to indicate their understanding and agreement to all the Terms and Conditions in order to continue.
  參加者如成功進入特定的問答頁面，需回答顯示的一條簡單問題，和確定已閱畢及接受所有活動條款/規則以繼續遊戲。
• The entire process from login to submitting answer must be completed within 10 minutes or else the game will terminate.
  所有遊戲步驟包括登入程序需於10分鐘內完成，否則被視作遊戲結束。
• Participants can login with their valid Staff ID/Student ID (‘NetID’) to proceed for a number of five (5) times in a normal calendar day during the period when the game is open, except 21 Jan 2018.
  於活動對外開放及舉行期間，參加者每日的有效登入 (即以其有效的職員/學生編號 (NetID) 登入) 次數為五次, 2018年1月21日(星期日) 除外。
• The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify or exclude any participant at any time if any or all of these rules, requirements or conditions are not complied.
  任何人士如破壞或擾亂活動進程，或違反活動規則，主辦單位有權取消其參加資格。
• All prizes given out by the Organizers are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other service(s).
  所有主辦單位送出之獎品不可轉售、轉讓，亦不可兌換現金或其他貨品/服務。
• All prize winners have to collect the prizes in person and will be required to show valid PolyU staff/student ID cards as a proof of identity. The Organizers reserve the right to verify the identity of prize winners.
  得獎者需帶同有效的理大職員/學生證親自領取獎品，否則當自動放棄論。主辦單位有權要求查核得獎者的身份。

• Prize-winning notifications are system-generated and will be shown on the screen of the winners’ mobile devices. The Organizers will NOT issue any other individual notification to winners upon prize collection.
  主辦單位會向中獎人士以系統發出得獎訊息並顯示於得獎者的流動通訊設備上。主辦單位不會再作另函通知。
• In the event of any dispute, the Organizers have the absolute discretion to make final decision.
  如有任何爭議，一切以主辦單位決定為準。
• The Organizers reserve the rights to amend and interpret all the terms and conditions. Any decision made by the Organizers in respect of this activity is final.
  主辦單位保留修改和解釋所有條款和細則的權利及活動相關的最終決定權。
• All staff members of the Campus Sustainability Office are not allowed to participate in this game.
  校園可持續發展處之職員均不得參與此遊戲。

Use of Personal Information 收集個人資料聲明

Your supply of your Personal Data in association with enrolling into this activity is on a voluntary basis. The information you provide and subsequently in the event of it being either processed or given further effect will be used for the purposes of (i) the administration of this event; (ii) communication between the Organizer and you; (iii) collection of opinion; (iv) statistical and analytical purposes; and (v) direct marketing of this office’s future activities. It may be disclosed to other departments or units within the University for one or more of the purposes specified above. The Organizer will not disclose your personal data to any external body or organization unless your consent is sought, and it will not be used for any other commercial purpose. If you wish to access or correct your personal data records as kept by the Organizer, please send an email to green.campus@polyu.edu.hk.
