1. Bring your own cups or food containers to purchase foods or drinks at catering outlets on campus
   帶上您自己的食物盒或杯子在校園飯堂及餐廳購買食物或飲品
2. Retain the receipts evidencing BYO discounts
   保留印有自攜優惠標記的收據
3. Compile multiple collected receipts and write down the following information at the back of the one on the top of all collected receipts
   在其中一張收據背面寫上以下資料，並放置為第一張
   • Name (Must be the same as Staff/Student Card)
     姓名（必須與教職員／學生證上所示的相同）
   • Staff/Student ID Card No.
     教職員／學生證號碼
   • Email
     電郵
   • Mobile Phone

   • Total No. of Receipts
     收據總數
4. Submit the receipts to Campus Sustainability Office (Z535, Block Z) in person during the office hour
   親身於辦公時間內將收據交回校園可持續發展處（Z座 Z535室）

• For current PolyU staff and students only

• Proof of identity will be required to collect the prize and the winner must present his/her staff/student card for record and verification.
  領取奬品時，得奬者必需出示教職員／學生證。
• If more than one participant presents the same quantity of valid receipts, the Organizers will decide the final prize winner by drawing lots.
  如同時有多於一位參加者提交最多相同數目的有效收據，將由主辦單位抽籤決定。
• The Organizers will notify only the prize winner by email individually or telephone call and provide he/she with details on prize collection and conditions
  主辦單位只會以電郵或電話通知得奬者，並告知有關領取獎品的詳情和安排細節。
• All Bring Your Own (BYO) discounts are offered by campus catering outlets.
  所有自攜優惠均由飯堂及餐廳提供。
• All Bring Your Own (BYO) discount information provided here and "PolyU Green Map" is for reference only. Interested participants are advised to contact relevant caterers for details.
  所有於此處及「理大綠色地圖」所提供的自攜優惠資料只供參考，參加者應向飯堂及餐廳了解優惠詳情。
• Receipts must be original. Copied, faxed, forged or tampered receipts will not be accepted. The Organizers reserve the rights to determine the validity of the receipts submitted by any participant.
  所有提交以參加本活動之有效收據需為正本。凡影印本、傳真本、或被發現為偽造或曾被篡改等一概不被接受。主辦單位有權裁決所有由參加者提交收據的真偽及是否有效。
• All participants will be subject to, and will need to adhere to, the terms and conditions as set out by the Organizers and any future terms and conditions or alternations to these terms and conditions.
  一旦參加即代表參加者需遵守是項活動的條款及細則並受其約束，同時亦接受將來任何條款及細則之修訂。
• The Organizers reserve the rights to amend and interpret all the terms and conditions. Any decision made by the Organizers in respect of this activity is final.
  主辦單位保留修改和解釋所有條款和細則的權利及活動相關的最終決定權。
• By entering this activity, each participant acknowledges and agrees that his/her supply of his/her Personal Data is on a voluntary basis. The information he/she provides in association with this activity and subsequently in the event of it being either processed or given further effect will be used for the purposes of (i) the administration of this activity; (ii) communication between the Organizer and the participant; (iii) collection of opinion; (iv) statistical and analytical purposes; and (v) direct marketing of this Organizer’s future events. It may be disclosed to other departments or units within the University for one or more of the purposes specified above. The Organizers will not disclose his/her personal data to any external body or organization unless the participant’s consent is sought, and it will not be used for any other commercial purpose. Participants who wish to access or correct his/her personal data records as kept by the Organizers should send an email to green.campus@polyu.edu.hk.

• The prize is not transferrable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and is subject to the decision of the sponsor.
  是項活動獎品不得轉讓、退回或換成現金。有關獎品之安排由贊助機構持有最終決定權。
• The prize must be utilized and is only applicable during 1 to 30 April, 2017 (both days inclusive). It is not applicable on eve of holidays. Prior reservation of at least 3 working days in advance is required before utilization of the prize.
  是項活動獎品只可於2017年4月1 日至4月30日期間使用, 逾期無效。假期前夕不可使用，並需於用餐前三個工作天前訂座。
