About this Event

Microgreens are the young shoots of vegetables and herbs that can be consumed less than a month after seeding. These tiny but nutrient-packed greens are popularly used as garnishes to enhance the flavor, texture, and color to our food.

During this workshop, participants will learn about how to grow microgreens, their different popular types, and how to pair them with different kinds of food.

Each successful registrant will receive a Microgreens Biodegradable Kit. Successful registrants are required to come up to the Campus Sustainability Office to collect the Microgreens Biodegradable Kit in person during office hours. A confirmation email will be sent with more information and details about how to collect this kit in due course.
