Jointly organized by Campus Sustainability Committee (CSC) and the Campus Sustainability Office, the annual VeggieLicious is the biggest veggie promotional event on campus. It aims to reinforce the significance of sustainability among the PolyU community and to raise the awareness of green dining. The VeggieLicious 2019 will be held from 16 to 20 September 2019, featuring activities over a week including a lunch carnival, workshops, and lunch sharing. With the support from the catering outlets on campus, bigger discounts or increased choice of veggie dishes will be provided during the week.
