The University held the unique VeggieLicious event from 10 to 14 September 2018, which was its fourth year in a row. Over 600 students and staff participated in the lunch Carnival to pledge veggie challenge, taste veggie food and pick up crafting skills at workshops. This week staged a series of insightful activities including a sharing session by Ms. Vivian Kong, the Hong Kong Olympian Fencer and Ms. Charlotte Lam. Veggie food and dessert workshops were also organized to promote plant-based food and its multiple benefits. Campus catering outlets contributed by offering special green menus as well.
