New paperless web-based system by Human Resources Office

With the University’s official announcement of its Paper Reduction Policy in April 2017, different offices and units on campus are looking in practical ways to boost paper reduction. Staff members work to integrate paper reduction practices into all facets of operations and design new information technology systems to help. The University’s Human Resources Office (HRO) has recently launched its new web-based Salary Review and Reward Administration System (SRRAS), allowing Heads of Department (HoDs) and overseeing Senior Management Executives (SMEs) to process Merit-based Salary Adjustment (MBSA) recommendations efficiently through a paperless mechanism. Going online, together with other web-based platforms or systems such as e-filing, e-meeting, cloud-based sharing, and e-workflow solutions, the University is making huge progress in cutting down paper use.
