Research Overview

My research focuses on One Health AMR by investigating the key biomarkers of foodborne pathogens through bacterial resistance phenotypes and genotypes for the control of food quality and safety to safeguard human health. My research tools include whole genome sequencing (WGS), 16s RNA sequencing, metagenomics, and artificial intelligence (AI).
