A Close Touch on Chinese Tradition, Culture, Calligraphy and Qin Opera

5.00pm – 5.30pm:            Qin Opera Singing by Shufang LI, Banhu & Violin Music
                                             by Baifu CHEN et al.
5.30pm – 6.00pm:            Dialogue and Discussions 

This event is part of the exhibition on “Heaven and People in One, Generation by Generation, an Exhibition of Shaanxi Culture and Design Innovation ( 7th – 26th May, 2014), a major event by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University – Xi’an Jiaotong University Research Centre in Creative Culture Industries for Western China (PolyU-XJTU RCCCI). This event is aimed at providing an opportunity for audience to get a close touch with the latest research and development in Chinese calligraphy and Qin opera, so as to stimulate their design and innovation, and attract their attention to traditional Chinese arts and handicrafts.
