(IF: 17.782) Representative Publications Dr CHAN Wai Lun Kulice Research Assistant Professor Research Overview Dr Wai-Lun Chan received his BSc (Hons) in Chemistry (2014) under the supervision of Prof. Ka-Leung Wong and MA in Communication (2015) from Hong Kong Baptist University, and PhD in Chemistry (2019) under the supervision of Prof. Yixin Lu from National University of Singapore. After postdoctoral visiting (2020) with Prof. Markus Zweckstetter at German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases and Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry, he is appointed Research Assistant Professor (2021) at the Department of Applied Biology and Chemical Technology, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His current research interests include (i) synthetic methodology development for asymmetric natural product synthesis and solid- phase peptide modification, and (ii) structure/imaging-guided targeted protein inhibition and degradation against cancer and dementia.
