Departmental Student Exchange Programme - Application via Department 

Steps

1. Identify a host university that fits your study plan.
2. Submit application form and supporting documents to your Department.
3. Attend interview.
4. Announcement of results:
• All applications will be processed by the Department concerned and successful applicants will be notified individually.

IAO Summer Exchange Programme  and CMAO Exchange Programme - Application directly through CMAO and IAO 

Steps

1. Identify a host university that fits your study plan from the IAO and CMAO online list.
2. Obtain further information from the IAO website and CMAO website.
3. Consult the programme leader and/or Departmental Student Exchange Programme Officer on the choice of subjects and credit transferability.
4. Submit application form and supporting documents to IAO and CMAO.
5. If called for an interview by IAO and CMAO, attend the interview.
6. Announcement of results:
• All applications will be processed by IAO and CMAO, and successful applicants will be notified individually.
