Academic Staff

Zhiling Guo obtained his B.E. degree from Chongqing University, followed by his M.E. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Tokyo. Specializing in data science, he gained valuable industry experience as a data scientist at LocationMind Inc. in Japan. He currently holds the position of Assistant Professor at the Department of Building Environment and Energy Engineering at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Zhiling Guo has been honored with the Grant-in-Aid for Young Scientists by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS). His research interests encompass renewable energy, computer vision, machine learning, and geoscience.
