Supplementary learning materials on the register of written business communication
Description
Based on the results of a survey analysis, supplementary learning materials focusing on the use of formal and informal register were designed to enhance the web-based materials on the use of appropriate style and tone in workplace communication. Online versions of these materials are being prepared for uploading onto the website for students of FCLU.
