- Albert Chan, project leader, participated as one of the five PolyU representatives in the UGC Mid-Triennium Review in June 2007 to report on the current OBE practices in PolyU
- Albert Chan and Ann Cheung, project co-leaders, organized a BRE Teaching Day (9 January 2008) with a theme on OBE, and invited Faculty Champion, Prof Esmond Mole of LSGI to update the progress of OBE, and Mr W.K. Kong and Ms Sandy Tang of BRE to share their experience on OBC
- Ann Cheung, project co-leader, updated BRE colleagues regarding OBE at the BRE Teaching Day on 9 January 2008
- Albert Chan, project leader briefed members at the PolyU's 11th WGOBE Meeting the preliminary findings of the project on 8 May 2008
