Objectives:
- To provide clinical practice on interprofessional and inter-departmental collaboration and innovation in teaching, learning and research activities on the Interprofessional Collaborative Practice (IPCP) for staff and students within the Faculty of Healh and Social Sciences (FHSS).
- To design four interprofessional primary health care projects for health care students by utilizing the networks, e.g., Wai Ji Christian Service, of the WHO CC for Community Health Service at the FHSS in PolyU as an authentic teaching and learning environment.
- To develop resource bank and new educational technologeis, such as, e-learning tools, to facilitate interprofessional learning activities on IPCP via Blackboard for staff and students in teaching, active learning and research opportunities.
- To evaluate the impact of IPCP on interprofessional teaching and learning activities for the project team and the students who use e-learning tools based on IPCP core competencies via Blackboard.
