Objectives:
This project aims to design and develop a project management simulation platform and create a set of supplementary deliverables (e.g. IT project management case studies in Hong Kong) for teaching and learning of IT project management concepts for COMP324 (Project Methodology and Implementation) in Department of Computing. The deliverables can also be used to support the teaching of other project management related courses (e.g. COMP322 Enterprise Information Systems Project Implementation, COMP445 Software Process and Project Management, COMP5221 Software Project Management).
