Objectives:
- To support students' achievement of subject intended learning outcomes (ILOs) for the company law course (AF3507).
- To enhance the learning experience of students as a result of increased motivation, active involvement and independent learning.
- To use criterion-referenced assessment.
- To use the blackboard learning management system to facilitate students' participation and the administration of learning and assessment.
