Objectives:
- To establish a platform for real-time, remote-access, all-day accessible laboratory sessions, including:
- A collection of automated experiment setups for performing specific sets of experiments
- A web-based control platform for online reservation and performing the experiment.
- To develop teaching packages and practices which accompany the experiments to facilitate the execution of experiment by students and instruction by teaching staff.
- To evaluate the effectiveness of the platform in enhancing students’ learning experiences and their understanding of the corresponding scientific topics.

Outcomes & Deliverables:
-
Hardware Setups of Remote Control Experiments for the Subjects of Biology (Monitoring Cell Growth), Chemistry (Absorption Spectra) and Physics (Interference of Light)
-
Web Interface for Controlling the Platform and Local Consoles
-
Instruction Manuals for Students to Perform Remote-Control Experiments for the Subjects of Biology, Chemistry and Physics
