This summer, over 1,000 PolyU students will be participating in overseas Work-Integrated Education (WIE) programme. Themed “Developing Global Perspective, Gaining Working Experience”, this year’s WIE programme will provide students with the opportunities to reach out to the world through internships in 30 countries. Besides gaining work experience, interns may also contribute new ways of thinking to the partnering organizations.
During a kick-off ceremony earlier organized by the Office of Careers and Placement Services, students formed teams according to their internship locations and took part in team-building activities to better prepare for the internships.
