Student Learning Opportunities
With the launch of the four-year undergraduate degree curriculum, PolyU saw the challenge to diversify and deepen the learning opportunities of its students. Activities such as Student Exchange Programme, Service Learning Programme, Work-integrated Programme and Credit-bearing courses are being organized on the mainland through the assistance of PolyU’s partners and its Regional Bases. The variety of learning opportunities is geared towards the strategic goal in enhancing students’ understanding of the nation, so as to equip them with adequate knowledge, skills and abilities to thrive in their future development and to make valuable contributions to society
Non-local Student Recruitment
In order to diversify PolyU’s student population and to provide more opportunities for cultural interaction, PolyU has been recruiting quality non-local students for study programmes at different levels. The Chinese Mainland Affairs Office (CMAO) is responsible for the marketing and promotional activities which cover the major cities and prestigious middle schools of the Chinese mainland and Taiwan. Prospective students are welcome to visit Study@PolyU website at www.polyu.edu.hk/study to learn more about our academic programmes and application procedures online all year round. |
