On 13 June, PolyU held the Unveiling Ceremony of the Sculpture "Wendy" in recognition of the ardent support of renowned sculptor and University Fellow Prof. Norman Ko Wah-man and Mrs Wendy Ko for their valuable contributions towards the promotion of art and culture at PolyU.
(From right) Senior Advisor to the President Dr Angelina Yuen, Executive Vice President Dr Miranda Lou, President Prof. Timothy W. Tong, Mrs Ko, Prof. Ko and over 100 guests attended the ceremony to witness this important occasion.
Mrs Wendy Ko and President Tong officiated the ribbon cutting ceremony of the Sculpture "Wendy". Donated by Prof. Ko, the masterpiece is displayed at the PolyU Jockey Club Auditorium where many different types of art activities are held. It would further enrich the artistic and cultural ambience on campus.
Surrounded by the joyous atmosphere, the unveiling ceremony of the sculpture "Wendy" was witnessed by full house of Prof. Ko and Mrs Ko's friends and family members.
