Subject: Full Resumption of Face-to-face Learning, Teaching and Assessment (LTA) Arrangements

Dear Students,

In light of the latest government measures in relation to COVID-19, the University has decided to fully resume face-to-face Learning, Teaching and Assessment (LTA) arrangements from Summer Term, 2022/23.

(A) Learning, Teaching and Assessment (LTA) Arrangements

  1. Face-to-face Learning and Teaching Activities
The University will conduct learning and teaching activities face-to-face.  Students shall return to campus to attend all learning and teaching activities.  Lectures, seminars and tutorials will continue to be videotaped and uploaded to the Learning Management System (LMS) for students' reference and revision.  Please consult your programme host Departments should you encounter any difficulties during your studies.

  2. Subject Registration
On 10 February 2023, notices were issued to invite students to register for subjects during the Subject Registration Period of Summer Term, 2022/23.  Please refer to the Notices to Students under the AR website for details.  For further semesters, please stay tuned for announcements on subject registration from the Academic Registry.

  3. Assessment Arrangements
Subject assessment will normally take the form of on-campus invigilated examination or continuous assessment.  The subject offering Departments will inform students of the exact assessment format of individual subjects in due course.
