Campus Access Registration

For Graduates

You can use your Student ID card for campus access and photo-taking up to 31 May 2024.

For Your Guests
If you have registered e-tickets for your guests, the QR code on the e-ticket can be used for both campus access and admission to the event venue (Jockey Club Auditorium) for Congregation attendance.

For your guests to enter the PolyU campus for photo-taking, you have to perform prior registration for them via the following website up to 31 May 2024  to obtain the necessary QR codes:
