Be sure to read the below thoroughly before applying for the Zoom user account:

- 5 Zoom user accounts are available for booking.

- Only fieldwork-related activities are eligible for booking, please seek approval from your Fieldwork Supervisor.

- Check the Zoom room availability before you apply.

- Apply the Zoom user account by writing an email to your Programme Coordinator at least 14 days before your actual utilization. Please include your supervisor in this email.

- User ID and password of the designated Zoom account will be provided after the endorsement of your Programme Coordinator.

- Keep the user ID and password strict confidential.

- Create your Zoom meeting without changing any settings of the account and meetings, this includes the waiting room feature, the requirement of a password and meeting ID for access.

- Please inform your Programme Coordinator for any changes of date of meeting.

- When you record a meeting, please follow the guideline of G08 of the Fieldwork Manual.
