Minor Programme in Applied Mathematics (Programme code: 63021)

All subjects are elective and carry 3 credits and they are of levels 2, 3 and 4.

Students from a major programme within the FB, FHSS and FENG of the PolyU can choose any subject from the Minor programme in Applied Mathematics as their free combination of 18 credits.

If students choose the Minor programme in Applied Mathematics to match with their major, they are required to take at least 9 credits at level 3 or above.

The pre-requisites for some subjects listed in the tables below may not be the same as those given in the syllabuses, as the source of students for the Minor programme in Applied Mathematics is different.
