中国数学会2025年分支机构考核工作顺利

中国数学会组织工作委员会于2025年12月29日19:30以线上会议形式召开了2025年分支机构
考核会议,会议由中国数学会组织工作委员会黄飞敏主任主持。

中国数学会概率统计分会、计算数学分会、均匀设计分会、数学史分会、生物数学专业委员会、
组合数学与图论专业委员会、计算机数学专业委员会、奇异摄动专业委员会、非线性泛函分析专
业委员会、数理逻辑专业委员会、医学数学专业委员会、数学教育分会的负责人依次汇报了2025
年度该分支机构在举办学术活动、论坛情况;科普活动情况;工作会议情况;财务收支等方面的
工作情况以及2026年的工作计划。参会委员就相关问题进行了提问。

在汇报结束后,参会委员针对中国数学会各分支机构2025年度工作情况进行了投票,最终评选
出了6个优秀的分支机构,分别是:非线性泛函分析专业委员会、概率统计分会、计算数学分会、
生物数学专业委员会、数学教育分会、数学史分会(按音序排列)。

“应用数学和人工智能方法与地球系统复杂性研究”学术研讨会在北京成功举办

2025年12月26至28日,“应用数学和人工智能方法与地球系统复杂性研究”学术研讨会在北京
顺利召开。本次会议由中国工业与应用数学学会(CSIAM)主办,北京大学物理学院、中国科
学院大气物理研究所和CSIAM气候与环境数学专业委员会(以下简称“专委会”)联合承办,旨
在促进地球系统科学与应用数学和人工智能等学科之间的交流,推动数学物理方法、新一代信
息技术和现代软件工程等在地球系统科学复杂性研究中的应用,满足地球系统高精度高效模拟
的重大需求。来自国内科研院所、高校及相关业务部门等40余家单位的140余名代表现场参会。

会议开幕式由专委会主任曾晓东研究员和副主任李熙晨教授共同主持。北京大学物理学院刘雨
龙书记、中国科学院大气物理研究所陆日宇书记分别代表承办单位致辞,他们对研讨会的顺利
召开表示热烈祝贺,并对参会专家学者致以最诚挚的欢迎;期待本次会议通过多学科的深度交
流与思想碰撞,催生新的科学理论与技术方法,服务于国家对地球系统高精度高效模拟的重大
战略需求。随后,专委会主任曾晓东研究员简要介绍了学会以及专委会的历史,并着重从地球
系统复杂性中应用数学与人工智能研究的视角,介绍了本次会议主题及邀请报告的设计。

会议共设置了三个大会特邀报告。清华大学陈德亮院士回顾了地球系统科学的发展历史,阐述
了新兴的人工智能技术对地球系统科学复杂性研究的推动作用,并强调了全球变化研究中综合
考虑气候-生态-人类社会耦合的重要性。复旦大学穆穆院士作在线报告,对比了传统数值预报
模式与人工智能模型在可预测性方面的共性与差异,指出物理-AI融合模型发展所需的数学理
论支持。粤港澳大湾区气象监测预警预报中心谢元富研究员则比较了欧洲、美国与中国预测预
报系统中使用的主要数据同化方法,提出了AI时代数据同化发展所面临的挑战及急需解决的关
键数学问题。会议还邀请了中国科学院青藏高原研究所李新研究员,他着重介绍了不久前召开
的自然科学基金委双清论坛(青年)“人工智能与复杂地球系统:基础理论、关键技术与科学
前沿”的情况。

研讨会共安排了三个分会场,主题分别为“地球系统研究的理论与计算方法创新”、“地球系统
模式中的数据同化方法研究”、“机器学习在地球系统研究中的应用探索”,共进行了51个口头
报告(报告人中包括CSIAM不同专委会的多名委员),各位报告人分享了复杂问题计算数学方
法、高性能计算理论与技术、地球系统理论建模与模拟、数据同化与可预报性、人工智能模型
及机理-AI融合方法等不同领域的研究进展,引发了参会代表的热烈讨论。大家表示期待专委

CSIAM数学与基础软件发展研讨会在北京成功举办

2025年12月21日,“CSIAM数学与基础软件发展研讨会”在北京成功召开。本次会议由中国工
业与应用数学学会(以下简称“学会”或“CSIAM”)主办,中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院、
CSIAM高性能计算与数学软件专业委员会联合承办,同期还举行了CSIAM高性能计算与数学软
件专业委员会全体委员扩大会议。会议汇聚了来自多所高校及研究所的专家学者与青年研究者,
聚焦先进计算方法与数学软件技术的融合及其在高性能计算中的应用,围绕数学与基础软件的
前沿进展与未来趋势展开了深入交流。

12月21日上午,研讨会开幕式在中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院南楼204会议室举行。会议
由CSIAM高性能计算与数学软件专业委员会秘书长、中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院崔涛研
究员主持,CSIAM高性能计算与数学软件专业委员会主任、中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院
张林波研究员致开幕词。

本次研讨会紧扣领域前沿与产业实际需求,设置多场高水平学术报告。中国科学院软件研究所
孙家昶研究员分享了基于几何结构的矩阵特征值快速并行解法器GPA的研发历程与应用成效;
中国科学技术大学杨周旺教授介绍了团队自主研发的国产“九韶内核AMCAX”;中国科学院数学
与系统科学研究院崔涛研究员聚焦CAD-CAE一体化技术的研究与工程应用实践;中山大学衡益
教授展示了高性能多物理场仿真软件FIND Multiphysics的关键技术突破与典型工业应用案
例;北京应用物理与计算数学研究所刘旭研究员介绍了领域通用的构件化自动并行编程模型;
上海交通大学张镭教授分享了量子科学计算软件UnitaryLab 1.0的最新研发进展;中山大学
张在坤教授汇报了无导数优化算法研究与计算平台开发成果,重点介绍了团队自主研发的PRIMA、
COBYLA等系列软件包及OptiProfiler测试工具。各位专家学者围绕研究前沿与技术创新作
了精彩报告,与会成员踊跃提问、深入研讨,现场学术交流氛围浓厚。

同期召开的CSIAM高性能计算与数学软件专业委员会全体委员扩大会议回顾了专委会成立以来
的架构调整,对专委会一年来所开展的工作和学会的考核要求进行了简要介绍,讨论了2026年
工作计划与换届筹备、委员架构调整等事宜。

本次研讨会深入探讨数学与基础软件发展的前沿趋势,为促进数学理论与软件技术的深度融合

国家天元数学东南中心举办“2025厦门离散数学前沿研讨会”

2025年12月19日-12月22日,“2025厦门离散数学前沿研讨会”在国家天元数学东南中心成功
举办。来自清华大学、南开大学、上海交通大学、大连理工大学、兰州大学、西北工业大学、
中国科学院、新加坡南洋理工大学、美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学、澳大利亚纽卡斯尔大学等70余
所科研单位及高校的200余名专家学者参加了此次会议,围绕离散数学领域的最新研究成果展
开研讨。会议开幕式由厦门大学数学科学学院金贤安教授主持。

厦门大学数学科学学院党委书记张清榕出席开幕式并致辞。张清榕书记首先对会议的召开表示
祝贺并代表中心和学院对各位专家学者的到来表示热烈欢迎及衷心感谢。接着,他向大家介绍
了厦门大学数学科学学院的发展历程及离散数学团队情况。厦门大学数学科学学院离散数学团
队由图论与组合数学著名专家张福基教授创立,历经多年深耕积淀,团队不仅奠定了数学化学
领域的研究传统并形成重要学术影响,更发展出与拓扑学和代数学交叉融合的研究特色,取得
了一系列具有影响力的学术成果。随后,他表示希望与会专家们能通过本次研讨会与厦门大学
的师生团队深入交流且今后能继续支持厦门大学数学学科的建设与国家天元数学东南中心的发
展。最后,预祝本次会议取得圆满成功。

中国数学会组合数学与图论专委会前主任、本次研讨会学术委员会主席、南开大学李学良教授
致辞。李学良教授对本次会议的主办及协办单位表示感谢并对莅临本次会议的专家学者们表示
热烈欢迎。中国数学会组合数学与图论专委会主任、南京师范大学许宝刚教授致辞。许宝刚教
