一、申请认证项目应具备以下资格:

1、科研项目成果转化落地;

2、主要成果在中国完成。

二、认证采用推荐制度,由以下两种方式推荐产生:

1、个人推荐需符合下列条件之一(须两位推荐人):

1)中国科学院或中国工程院院士;

2)国内有重大影响力(中国500强)企业负责研发创新合作的副总裁及以上职位;

3)CSIAM会士、CSIAM常务理事、CSIAM专业委员会主任;

4)省级工业与应用数学学会理事长。

2、单位推荐:CSIAM团体会员。
*因CSIAM团体会员名单每月实时更新,请以2022年1月《简讯》中的名单(或查看附件中的团体
会员名单,二者一致)为准。

每位推荐人和推荐单位每年限推荐一项成果。

三、候选落地成果需提交以下材料:

不超过1000字的项目简介;

不超过10分钟的项目视频介绍;

2份个人推荐信或1份单位推荐信。

注:视频中请清楚描述项目问题背景、项目所涉及的数学问题、解决方法、以及成果应用后所产
生的效益/性能/影响等。

妇女和女童参与科学国际日:2月11日

科学和性别平等这两者对于实现包括《2030年可持续发展议程》在内的各种国际商定的发展目标
来说十分关键。在过去的15年间,国际社会在激励妇女和女童参与科学方面做出了很多努力。但
是,妇女和女童们仍旧受到排挤,无法充分地参与到科学当中来。

联合国大会将每年2月11日确定为“妇女与女童参与科学国际日”,该国际日于2015年由联合国大会
通过,以促进妇女和女童充分平等地接触和参与科学。这个国际日提醒人们,妇女和女童在科技
界发挥着重要的作用,应该加强她们的参与。

2022年第七届妇女和女童参与科学国际日主题为“公平、多样性和包容:水让我们团结
(Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion: Water Unites Us)”。

第七届妇女和女童参与科学国际日介绍

皇家科学院国际基金机构 (The Royal Academy of Science International Trust,RASIT)将于2022年
2月11日在纽约联合国总部以虚拟形式庆祝第七届妇女和女童参与科学国际日大会。

在联合国大会通过关于“妇女和女童参与科学国际日”的A/RES/70/212号决议之后,RASIT继续与联
合国会员国、政府间组织和联合国及其实体合作,以实现科学平等,根据联合国2030年议程及其
可持续发展目标,促进社会经济可持续发展的技术和创新。

第七届大会由塞浦路斯、肯尼亚、黎巴嫩、马耳他、摩洛哥、菲律宾、波兰、葡萄牙、卡塔尔、
卢旺达、斯洛伐克、斯洛文尼亚、西班牙和塔吉克斯坦常驻联合国代表团以及联合国经济和社会
事务部(UN-DESA)共同组织。

第七届大会还由安提瓜和巴布达、亚美尼亚、澳大利亚、不丹、厄瓜多尔、芬兰、匈牙利、尼日
利亚、韩国、圣马力诺和乌兹别克斯坦常驻联合国代表团以及联合国贸易和发展会议(UNCTAD)、
国际电信联盟(ITU)、世界知识产权组织 (WIPO)、联合国水机制(UN-WATER)和联合国
教科文组织(UNESCO)共同赞助。

为履行其对联合国“水促进可持续发展”国际行动十年的承诺,RASIT启动了一项名为“Cansu Global”
的新全球计划,从水的角度审视可持续发展。Cansu Global为复杂的水资源挑战提供定制解决方
案,以促进经济发展、社会发展、环境保护。

认识到在科学领域妇女和女童不仅是受益者,而且是包括加快实施可持续发展目标6(清洁水和
卫生设施)在内变革的推动者,第七届妇女和女童参与科学国际日大会将聚焦“公平、多样性和
包容:水让我们团结”这一主题。

第七届大会将汇聚来自世界各地的科学界女性和专家、高级政府官员、国际组织和私营部门的代
表,讨论实现可持续发展三大支柱(即经济发展、社会发展、环境保护)中的水关系。每个小组
将分为两个主要的互动对话,与来自政府、政府间组织、私营部门和学术界的杰出代表进行对话。
互动对话将以虚拟形式进行。青年、4个可持续发展目标国际平台项目的科学女童,以及盲人和聋
人科学家和专家的声音将出现在每次对话中。

在全球范围内,人们以不同的方式庆祝#2月11日#,无论规模大小,您所采取的行动将推动有关增
进科学领域平等的倡议。

背景信息

多年来,世界各地的科学、技术、工程、数学(STEM)在各个层面都存在显著的性别差距。虽然
女性在提升高等教育参与度方面取得了巨大进步,但在这些领域仍然代表性不足。

两性平等一直是联合国工作的核心之一。性别平等和增强妇女和女童权利不仅能对世界经济发展作
出重要贡献,同样也将对《2030年可持续发展议程》的所有目标和具体目标取得进展发挥重要作用。

2011年3月14日,妇女地位委员会第五十五届会议通过了关于妇女和女童接受和参与教育、培训、
科学和技术,包括促进妇女平等获得充分就业和体面工作等方面的所有商定结论的报告。2013年12
月20日,联合国大会通过关于科学、技术和创新促进发展的决议,其中确认各年龄妇女和女童充分
和平等地获得和参与科学技术创新,是实现性别平等和增强妇女和女童权能的当务之急。

2015年12月22日,联合国大会通过第A/RES/70/212号决议,宣布每年2月11日为“妇女和女童参与科
学国际日”。联合国邀请所有会员国、联合国系统所有组织和机构及其他国际和区域组织,私营部
门和学术界以及包括非政府组织和个人在内的民间社会,以适当方式举办“妇女和女童参与科学国
际日”活动,包括开展教育和提高公众认识活动,以促进妇女和女童充分、平等地参与科学领域的
教育、培训、就业和决策进程,消除对妇女的一切歧视,包括教育和就业领域的歧视,并克服其中
的法律、经济、社会和文化障碍,为此特别要鼓励制订科学教育政策和编制方案,包括酌情编制课
程,鼓励妇女和女童更多地参与,促进妇女在科学方面的职业发展,并肯定妇女在科学领域取得的
成就。

从改善健康到应对气候变化,为了应对《2030年可持续发展议程》面临的系列重大挑战,发挥人才
优势显得尤为重要。这意味着要让更多的女性参与这些领域的工作。研究多样性扩大了人才库,带
来了新的视角、才能和创造力。这一国际日旨在提醒我们,妇女和女童在科学技术领域发挥着关键
作用,应加强她们在这些领域的参与度。

国际日的庆祝活动将由联合国教科文组织和联合国妇女署牵头,并与旨在促进妇女和女童接触和参
与科学相关的机构以及民间社会伙伴开展合作。这一天也是促进妇女和女童充分平等地接触和参与
科学的良机。

211家学会联名发布公约抵制学术不端

在2月15日召开的中国科协第十届全国委员会第三次会议上,211家中国科协全国学会联名发布《中
国科协全国学会学术出版道德公约》。

《公约》倡议科研人员、期刊编辑和审稿人破除“圈子”文化和利益纽带,加强行为自律,抵制各种
人情稿、关系稿,确保出版过程客观公正,确保论文发表真实可靠,保障我国科技事业高质量发展。

《公约》呼吁广大科研人员遵守科研活动规范,认真保存实验数据,保证实验可复制可查证,确保
研究成果真实可信。坚守学术诚信,抵制各类型学术不端。

《公约》强调,要恪守出版伦理道德,确保论文撰写诚信规范,不抄袭、剽窃他人科研成果或者伪
造、篡改研究数据、研究结论,不通过第三方购买、代写、代投论文,以及虚构同行评议专家及评
议意见,不在无实质学术贡献的论文中“挂名”,不在成果署名、知识产权归属等方面侵占学生、团
队成员的合法权益,引用他人论著时,应遵从合理引用、规范引用的原则,反对友情互引用、合作
互引用、审稿拉引用等情形,坚决抵制一稿多投、重复发表、抄袭剽窃、弄虚作假等行为。

中国科协有关负责人表示,《公约》旨在充分发挥学术共同体自律功能,对于学术论文发表中的一
些新问题强化共识规范,引导科技工作者和期刊从业人员共同抵制学术不当行为,维护风清气正的

科研生态。

【会议信息】Domain Decomposition Methods (DD27), Czech Republic, Jul 2022

The 27th International Conference on Domain Decomposition Methods
(DD27) will be held in Prague, Czech Republic during July 25-29, 2022.

The call for minisymposum proposals is now open, and the deadline for
submissions is February 15, 2022.

We invite MS proposals fitting the themes of DD27, namely various
aspects of domain decomposition methods in relation to numerical
analysis, scientific computing, high performance computing, and
computational science with industrial applications.

DD27 will be organised jointly by the VSB - Technical University of
Ostrava, the Institute of Mathematics of the Czech Academy of
Sciences, Prague, and the Czech Technical University in Prague.

The organizing committee hopes that the conference will restart the
standard conference scheme after the COVID restrictions. Nevertheless,
a hybrid format is also considered should the pandemic situation
require it.

一、中心简介
南京应用数学中心(Nanjing Center for Applied Mathematics, NCAM)坐落于南京市江宁区,是在南京
市政府支持下,于 2019 年 12 月由南京麒麟科技创新园和东南大学发起设立的具有独立法人资格的
新型研发机构,中心聘请世界著名数学家、菲尔兹奖得主、哈佛大学讲座教授丘成桐院士担任中心
主任。

中心依托东南大学和麒麟科技创新园开展当代社会具有重要应用背景的数学问题的研究,是南京市
麒麟科技创新园建设发展的重要组成部分。中心开展以项目为依托的科学研究、人才培养和成果的
产业化。目前中心设立了四个研究项目:

A. 大规模科学计算与介质成像(负责人:刘继军 教授)
B. 计算几何及其应用(负责人:林文伟 教授)
C. 电网大数据与电力系统高性能计算(负责人:徐青山 教授)
D. 自主服务机器人(负责人:李新德 教授)

四个项目团队主要围绕(但不限于)以下领域开展应用研究:
(1)材料科学中的应用数学问题
(2)介质成像和无损检测中的应用数学问题
(3)生物医学成像的建模计算和数据分析
(4)基于人工智能和统计方法的数据科学及应用
(5)图像处理中的应用数学方法

二、招聘岗位及薪酬待遇
南京应用数学中心面向全球诚聘上述研究项目和领域相关的全职研究人员,中心将为入职员工提
供优异的工作条件和具有竞争力的薪资待遇,并为无南京市住房的全职应聘人员提供三年期的人
才公寓。

1、全职教授/研究员、副教授/副研究员、讲师/助理教授/青年研究员。
申请人须具备博士学位、良好的科研潜力和团队协作能力。对工作业绩特别优秀的科研人员,将
推荐入职东南大学或东南大学丘成桐中心。目前年薪在 24-240 万元之间。

2、全职工程师。
申请人须具备硕士或博士学位或相当的工作经历,具备机器学习、深度学习、人工智能、大数据
分析等领域知识,熟练掌握MATLAB、C、C++、python等编程技术。目前年薪在15-40万元之间。

3、博士后。
对与南京应用数学中心研究项目密切相关的入职东南大学博士后流动站的高水平博士后研究人员,
中心可以同时双聘。鼓励新近毕业的博士或即将毕业的博士研究生申请东南大学“至善博士后支持
计划”。对中心与东南大学双聘的博士后人员,根据东南大学博士后管理文件和南京应用数学中心
的有关政策,总年薪为30-47万元。
