Upgrade of ITS HelpCentre Online Tracking Service (HOTS)

The University  has conducted a technology upgrade for IT HelpCentre Online Tracking Service (HOTS) based on the Remedy Service Desk solution.

HOTS is a web-based help request logging and tracking system which enables users to report their IT problems, monitor the progress and receive the answers on the web.

With the launch of the upgraded system on 1 September 2014, staff and students will experience a new user interface which is similar to the old system.

The new system will enable the IT support staff to manage IT issues more effectively and provide you with a better service.

Please click on the following links to learn more about the upgraded HOTS system:

For enquiries or assistance on using the HOTS system, please contact our Help Centre Hotline at 2766 5900.
