Research Interests
Our lab is interested in developing natural bio-resources into novel functional foods for prevention and/or treatment of chronic diseases. Special topics include nanotechnology, extraction and identification of bioactive components, bioavailability, biodistribution and metabolism, and cellular and molecular mechanism of action.
