Short Description

Dr Kit Ying Chan received first-class honours, BEng Degree (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2015, and PhD Degree in Materials Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia in 2020. After completion of her PhD, Dr Chan served as a Research Associate with the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 2020 to 2021, and as Post-doctoral Fellow with The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) from 2021 to 2022. She is currently a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Aeronautical and Aviation Engineering (AAE) at PolyU.
