Li-Ta Hsu receives a second ION Red Pencil Recognition

Prof. Li-Ta Hsu received the Institute of Navigation’s Red Pencil Recognition for a second time. The recognition was announced at the ION conference in September 2026.

The recognition acknowledges contributions to peer review across ION activities. ION describes its purpose in the Winter 2026 newsletter, page 13; that article reports the previous year’s recipients.
