Mid-Autumn Festival Nite 2007 in Student Halls

About 400 hall residents joined together to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, one of the most important festivals in the Chinese calendar, on 20 September 2007 in Student Halls of Residence. The event was not only a reunion of the hall community after a long summer vacation, but also a kick off of the whole series of joint-hall functions in the new residential year 2007-08.

It was an eventful evening packed with fun and enjoyment—lantern riddles, booth games, Chinese orchestra and martial art performances, juggling show, demonstration of hall cheers of undergraduate halls, refreshment including traditional moon cakes, sweet soups and wide assortment of festive fruits.
