Exercise Prescription

The assessment results provided a clear picture of your existing health and fitness level on blood pressure,

body composition, cardiovascular function, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility.

You can improve your health and fitness status by the following recommend ed exercise prescription.

Fitness Reports (all fitness reports are posted under Publications & Reports in SAO mainpage)
In order to view the reports, you are required to login with your NetID and NetPassword.
  New students who have already completed the physical fitness assessment at the gym during registration can view
their FITNESS REPORT at SPECIAL ePortfolio.

To improve your fitness level, don't miss our recommended exercises. Check the fitness thermometer from your fitness report.
