Louisa’s professional background and experience spans over nearly 20 years across a range of service, retail and hospitality industries. With a marketing and communication background, industry knowledge of the different sectors in the commercial field and the experience in career guidance, recruitment and talent development, Louisa possesses strong understanding of different recruitment and selection processes and talent needs in different industry settings.

Prior to joining PolyU, Louisa worked in MBA Career Services and as a recruitment consultant for a US-based executive search and selection company.

Louisa highly enjoys development of relationships with people and views this activity as an integral part of her professional work. In addition to coordinating internship and placements and organizing career education programmes, she provides one-on-one career guidance to help enhance students’ job search skills and facilitate their career development.
