A Collaborative Scheme with Employers to Produce Value-Added Graduates from Campus to Corporate                            


 
 
The 'Preferred Graduate' Development Programme (PGDP) was launched in summer 1997, with the key objective of exposing PolyU students to actual working environment so that they can become value-added graduates "preferred" by employers.

 
The Programme received overwhelming responses from both employers and students at its first launch.  By summer 2004, over 750 companies have joined the Programme, offering close to 4,900 placement opportunities to PolyU students to work in Hong Kong, the Chinese mainland, and overseas.
