Dr. William Cheung received his Ph.D degree at The University of Hong Kong in 2000. His specialties are : Hong Kong Cinema, Visual Arts and Aesthetics. He is the chief editor and contributing writer of the book "Complement and Supplement : Appreciation of Hong Kong Installation Art" (1999) and the author of the book "Pages of Films Talks" (1998).

He writes film reviews regularly in the website of Hong kong Film Critics' Society.
