Fong Chi-wah obtained his B.A. and M.Phil. degrees at the University of Hong Kong. He joined the General Education Centre of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1999. His academic interests include moral philosophy, social and political philosophy, social ethics and ancient Confucianism, while Chinese mythology, science fiction and Chinese seal-engraving are his semi-academic interests.
