Do you want to have a better use of time? Are you struggling from procrastination? Procrastination is a psychological behavior that affects everyone. With some, it can be a minor problem; with others, it is a source of considerable stress and anxiety. Try to identify the causes of your procrastination and explore ways to overcome it.
