Food is an essential part of everyone's lives. It gives us the energy and nutrients to grow and be healthy.  A delicious cuisine not only provides a platform for people sharing and connection, but also expresses the value and creativity of a culture or a community. In this course students will be inspired creativity on food thinking, not food as a food, but food as a medium to explore a different dimensions into creativity. Students will learn creative thinking approach through the exploration of different food cultures

 

Purpose:

  • Learn creative thinking approaches by exploring different food cultures.
  • Learn the use of food as an effective way for people connection and communication.
  • Learn to see with the eye of a creative in food related environment 
  • Learn the importance of ingredients, and how to respect and use them
